When is Tuition due? Tuition is due the first of each month. If the first falls on a weekend, please turn in your tuition by the preceding Friday. Any payment not received by the first of the month is subject to a $25 late fee.
Do I have to pay for days when my child does not attend school? Because this income is critical for sustaining our operating costs, we cannot give refunds or “make up” days for illness, vacations, or emergency weather closing.
What proof of income do I need to supply for the sliding scale? If you would like to participate in our sliding fee scale, please make sure you have supplied two pay stubs for each wage earner or a copy of last year's tax return. Families not providing information about income are subject to the highest rate offered. |

Wait-list fee: There is a non-refundable $25 wait list fee.
Late pick-up: Parents who are late to pick up their child will be assessed a fee of $1/minute for the first five minutes and $5/minute thereafter. In the event of an emergency, please contact the school so that we may call your emergency contacts. |

Documentation of household income is required for families who apply for the sliding fee scale.
For full-time students, there is a one-time registration fee of $100 and an annual activity fee of $150.
Full-time children with an enrolled sibling receive a sibling discount of $50.
