Infant applicants must be born or due after September 30, 2018.

Please fill out the following Admission Application google form to be considered for the 2019-2020 school year. After filling out the form, you will be directed to Paypal to pay the $35 application fee which will secure your spot on the waiting list. CCAP eligible families may waive the fee.
