I was at Lola’s Spanish restaurant on Esplanade last week and tried their gazpacho. So delicious! This week I will try to emulate their/ create my own gazpacho recipe for the kids. I think it will be the perfect hot summer cold soup treat to eat with our ham and cheese sandwiches.
